Living in Hawaii allows me to slow down, stay connected with nature, and take care of my mind and body. Here’s a little glimpse into my daily routine—filled with calm mornings, beach sunsets, and simple joys.
I usually start my day around 7am (okay… sometimes 7:30!). While sipping mushroom coffee, I play a gentle yoga video on YouTube and stretch my body. After yoga, I do a short 5–10 minute meditation—just to set the tone for the day and clear my mind.

Morning: Yoga, Meditation & a Slow Start
This quiet time in the morning really helps me feel grounded and energized before I head out for work.

Evening: Sunset SUP & Catching Up with Friends
After work, I love meeting up with my friends at Ala Moana Beach Park. We usually go stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) as the sun starts to set. It’s one of my favorite moments of the day—watching the sky turn gold and pink, floating on the water, and chatting with my friends about everything and nothing.
It’s peaceful, beautiful, and the perfect way to end a busy day.

Night: Light Exercise, Skincare & Journaling
When I get home, I usually do a short 15-minute workout—something easy while watching YouTube, like stretching or light cardio. Then it’s time for a warm shower, my skincare routine, and some quiet time.

Before bed, I like to write in my journal—just a few thoughts from the day, things I’m grateful for, or little memories I want to remember. It helps me reflect and sleep peacefully.

Closing Thoughts
My days aren’t always this perfect, but I try to create routines that bring me calm, joy, and balance. Living in Hawaii reminds me to stay present, appreciate nature, and take care of myself from the inside out.
