【Ultimate Guide】7 Must-Try Foods in Taiwan 📸|Photo Diary Edition

Introduction:
Taiwan is a food paradise! Here’s a little photo diary of the must-try foods I loved during my trip — from famous dumplings to cozy breakfasts. Hope this gives you some inspiration for your next foodie adventure!

🥟 Din Tai Fung – Xiaolongbao & Sesame Balls

Their xiaolongbao were juicy and delicate — but my surprise favorite was the sesame ball dessert! Soft, nutty, and absolutely delicious.

🍚 Ningxia Night Market – Lu Rou Fan & Papaya Milk

At Ningxia Night Market, I had a classic lu rou fan (braised pork rice) and super refreshing papaya milk. The perfect night market combo!

🍧 Beans Village – Douhua with Peanut & Taro Ball Toppings

This soft tofu pudding topped with peanuts and taro balls was the dreamiest dessert — creamy, chewy, and not too sweet.

🍖 Xiang Man Yuan – Lu Rou Fan

Another incredible lu rou fan! The pork was melt-in-your-mouth tender. Definitely a hidden gem if you’re in Taipei.

🍲 Wu Lao Guo – Hot Pot

My first time trying medicinal herb hot pot — rich, flavorful broth that’s perfect for a cozy dinner.

🥣 Sihai Doujiang Dawang – Doujiang & Fresh Soy Milk

A classic Taiwanese breakfast! Warm soy milk and fresh tofu dishes. Simple, healthy, and so comforting.

🍙 Rice Ball King – Taiwanese Rice Ball

Taiwanese-style rice balls are packed with fillings and so satisfying. Great for breakfast or a quick snack on the go!
